China-Singapore International Intellectual Property Innovation Service Centre (IPISC) is established under the guidance of the Framework Agreement on Tripartite Cooperation for Facilitating the Intellectual Property Reform Pilot Program in the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City between CNIPA, IPOS and the People's Government of Guangdong Province. It is an international intellectual property service platform jointly built by China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Administrative Committee, IPOS International and China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Co., Ltd,.
As an intellectual property platform jointly built by China and Singapore in the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, Under the guidance of relevant provincial, municipal and district departments, IPISC aims to bring in Singapore and international resources to serve the enterprises and intellectual property industries in the Greater Bay Area and China. IPISC provides international services to improve enterprises’ capabilities in innovation and intangible asset management, reducing intellectual property risks, and developing intellectual property talents.
IPISC was soft-launched in September 2019 and officially established in November of the same year. After nearly 4 years of development, IPISC has accumulated rich experience in international IP training, international IP exchange activities, and corporate services.
