China-Singapore International Intellectual Property Training Base (hereinafter referred to as “Training Base”) is jointly developed by IPOS International , China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Administrative Committee, and China-Singapore International Intellectual Property Innovation Service Centre (IPISC), to implement international talent training programs and set up an talent development system, to help IP talents gain international experiences and capabilities, and level-up their professionalism internationally.
IP-focused Overseas Study Programmes
The IP-focused Overseas Study Programmes focus on establishing face-to-face exchange and learning opportunities with overseas companies, research institutions and universities. In collaboration with IPOS International, the programmes bring together the resources of the government, enterprises, IP law firms and established agencies to build an IP professional education platform with distinctive internationalization characteristics, to help learners expand international vision, acquire advanced knowledge and skills, and improve communication and negotiation abilities. The programmes can be conducted in English, Chinese or both languages, which are suitable for participants of different background. While enhancing the ability of Chinese enterprises to obtain and defend their rights overseas, it also helps promote China's intellectual property development and achievements, helping foreign enterprises better understand China's IP environment.
